Return, Refund & Exchange Policies
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with the original tags attached.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within ten (10) days of receipt of your order. We are unable to accept returns on any sale items.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow three (3) weeks for the processing of your return. Returns will be credited back in the manner of the original form of payment, or a store credit.
Exchanges will be processed upon receipt.
To return item(s), please send an email to email@example.com with your order number and a description of the items to be returned. A prepaid return authorization label will be emailed back to you.
We guarantee our product to be free of manufacturing defects. We will accept any defective product for a return or exchange. In the event of a manufacturing defect, you can return the product within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. We exclusively reserve the right to determine if the product has a manufacturing defect.
For overseas returns or exchanges, The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.

All U.S. based customers are eligible for a 30-day return & exchange from the date of receipt.
Final sale items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
All items must be returned in unused, original condition with tags attached, unless in the case of a manufacturing defect.
US customers please visit https://yoga-democracy.returnly.com to initiate an exchange or return for refund.
We warranty all our products including those marked as final sale for 30-days after purchase against defect and will issue upon receipt of the item and verification of the defect a refund equivalent to the value of the original order including any shipping costs incurred, repair or replacement.
Customers who fall outside of the 30-day return/exchange period but who feel their item has a manufacturer's defect are advised to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Customers will be asked to detail and/or submit a photograph to indicate the defect. If a defect appears likely, US customers will be sent a prepaid shipping label.
International and Canadian Customers
Please contact us on email@example.com to initiate the return process.
Customer is responsible for shipping merchandise back, and incurring the cost associated with shipping. We cannot offer international exchanges.
All international returns are processed as a refund against the original form of payment.
